Assigned on EPC project for the revamping and capacity improvment of a LNG plant in Ras Laffan, Qatar. I am in charge of the technical management of electrical distribution (i.e 6.6kV, 415V, EDG, Selectivity and protection coordination, Electrical control system) for the greenfield area (new SRU and AGR unit). My role consists to :

- Write Technical Specification and Requisition for bidding phases.
- Analyse and clarify with potential vendors.
- Technical participation to the PO
- Technical interface with client.
- Follow up the choosen vendors.
- Participation for FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

Technical management and study of the essential and emergency recovery power supply for floating LNG unit (FLNG). Wriiting of philosophies and materials technical specification.

Assigned on a FEED stage onshore project of a refinery upgrade in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, I was in charge of the technical managament of the HV & MV distribution network (110kV GIS incomer, 30kV/10kV/6kV switchgear). Writing of technical specifications, organisation and conducting of clarification meetings with suppliers and the client, technical analysis of the different offers, participation to the preparation of the order with procurement department.

I joined AGAP2 in September 2007 as an energy consultant engineer

In mission within ALSTOM POWER PLANT, I was in charge of the technical management of a 225kV GIS substation in Algeria. My functions were the validation of the provider technical design, the writing of the technical specifications, the follow-up of schedule, Interfacing with the client. With my past experiences, this new role allowed me to integrate a dynamic team in an international dimension. Turnover : 7M€

Within Mangin Egly, I worked as a lead electrical engineer. I carried out various missions on the HV distribution network, below a description of my most important projects

2006-2007: Design and technical management of the HV distribution networks for a bioethanol plant in Lillebonne, France. Sizing of HV equipments, steam turbine cogeneration study, protection philosophy and selectivity studies, load cables. Turnover : 2 M €

2005: Revamping of the HV distribution network for a glass plant in Chalon-sur-Saone, France. Replacement without power interruption of a 20kV HV switchboard, Writing procedures and methodology for safely replacement, protection and emergency back-up philosophy improvements, commissioning in 3 weeks. Turnover: 300k €

2004: Revamping of the electrical distribution network for a glass plant in Oiry, France, Replacement of the emergency diesel generator, protection and emergency back-up philosophy improvements, replacement of HV and LV distribution switchboards.
