On the Qatar Petroleum District, I am leading a team of multicultural managers to complete this gigantic project consisting of 9 towers ranging from 16 to 47 floors and a 5-star hotel of 409 rooms. Over 3,500 workers are working day and night to complete this project within the contractual period of 42 month.
The level of quality and achievement in safety (over 12,000.000 hours without Loss Time Accident) are considered as a benchmark in the country.

As the QHSE manager, part of my responsibilities were to obtain and maintain the triple certification of our Bouygues subsidiary in Thailand (ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000)
My role was as well to maintain a high level of safety on all of our projects.
As plant manager, I had conducted a complete inventory of the company assets and run a steel workshop of up to 35 welders to serve our projects
