2008 - 2009Achieved prospective mission on the behalf of French SMEs that would like to find business opportunities in UAE. The mission consisted on helping the SME to express its needs, identify a short list of targeted prospects and finally arranging a week of business meetings with these shortlisted prospects.
2007 - 2008eFront is a software publisher providing a suite for Risk Governance and Compliance management. Main achievements during projects :

2006 - 2007Crédit Agricole SA: Led a tender process on the behalf of the customer in order to select an HR performance management ERP. The process comprised customer’s needs identification, tendering package preparation, selection and assessment.
French labour and health ministry: Analysed functionalities gaps between two versions of an HR ERP to prepare an upgrade that is compliant with customer’s needs.
Atos origin: participated to an internal knowledge management project where I tested and administrated a dedicated platform.
2005 - 2006• Trained and managed a support cell in order to assist all training managers to handle Group’s tools and methodologies in their daily issues.
• Set up change management, training and communication actions to help internal training managers in mastering 2004 French training and labour law and its impacts on tools, management, and HR information system.
• Prepared and led training sessions for training managers about internal information systems, processes and best practices.
• Realised Global training activities reporting.
2004 - 2005• Created automated dashboards for managers’ daily decisions.
• Audited the information and financial flows of the internal training invoicing processes, and proposed easy optimisations solutions.
