PLANNING:
Preparation of Procurement & Progress Schedule.
Consolidation of Daily, weekly and monthly reports for analysis.
Preparation of 2 Weeks, 4 Weeks etc, Look Ahead Program Schedules.
Preparation of Manpower resources, S-Curves & Histograms for progress follow-up.
Preparing recovery plans, in order to bring back the delayed progress on schedule.
Preparation of Cash Flow Statement.
Preparation Client & Subcontractor Billing Preparation of Bar charts, data sheets, PERT charts, describing the schedule and work progress of the site.
PERMIT APPLICANT/HOLDER: (COLD WORK/HOT WORK/CONFINED SPACE)
To ensure the authorization of the designated work area.
Being exposed to the working environment and specifying the precautions including safety.
Isolation from hazardous substances and energy sources.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Achieved 1st in Q-QUEST-2008 conducted by AU TVS CENTRE FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT, ANNA UNIVERSITY.
Achieved Distinguished award in QCFI-2008, Chennai chapter.
