Deliver the gas to the downstream LNG plant at a constant temperature, pressure and at a stable flow rate consistent with the marketing demand and the downstream plant’s throughput capability.
Stabilise the condensate and send it to unit # 32.
Separate sour water & send it to unit # 33.

Construction of the plant according to the design project, commissioning and technical assistance for star up of: Low &High pressure Separators, Thermo dyne Low, Medium &Gas Lift Compressors, David Brown Guinard Water Injection Pumps, Water treatment using Siemens Cyclosep Unit

1 Control all the equipment and start shut down export pump.
2 Maintain Crude oil characteristics including (RVP, BSW and salt content) in coordination with laboratory.
3 Control separators 1er stage and second stage (Petrofac separators), test wells for computing their daily production, GOR (gas oil ratio) and GLR (gas liquid ratio).
4 Organize & supervise all the plant operating shift crew in the Process area, and to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Plant product.
5 Monitor and control Chemicals inhibitor consumption.
6 Follow permit to work system (hot & cold) and get all maintenance work done. Ensure the safe running of plants and plant facilities, and report all type of accidents / incident or any near miss incidents.
7 Use Allen Bradley UCP control system for rotating machines (Nuevo pingnone compressors).
