Achievements : Part of the management team, leading one of the largest substation automation project worldwide named Qatar Phase 8 for my company. I was in charge of manufacturing, testing and validation, commissioning on site, planning, reporting, as well as supply chain and suppliers relationships. Working as an interface between the clients and my team. Accountable for the delivery and general roll-out of the project.

Achievements : I was responsible for the customer interviews, I wrote the specifications and formalized the requirements of the new version of the Management Information System application, a database of clients used by the relationship managers. I also participated in its integration.
